Shipping returns

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. The goods must be returned to us undamaged in the original packaging within 5 calendar days.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will keep you updated on the status of your refund after we have inspected the item. If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.​ If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. (See our Terms & Conditions for more detail on Shipping)

REFUND ON OUR PERFORMANCE PRODUCTS OR SUPPLEMENTS

If more than 30% of your order was consumed you will not qualify for a refund. You need to apply for a refund after 5 days of receiving the product.

In the case of an order was damaged you will need to return it to us to enable us to exchange the product also do send as a photo of the damage product on e-mail or WhatsApp.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. Please allow 2 to 3 working days from confirmation of your order for your delivery to arrive.

We use the Shipping information that you provide on checkout it your shipping details are incorrect or missing information regarding your delivery details we will not take responsibility if there is a delay or lost shipment due to incorrect information provided. Please check and make 100% sure your details are correct.
