We use the Shipping information that you provide on checkout it your shipping details are incorrect or missing information regarding your delivery details we will not take responsibility if there is a delay or lost shipment due to incorrect information provided. Please check and make 100% sure your details are correct.

Delivery & Shipping

When Will My Order Be Delivered? (For All Orders Within SA)

Mondays – Friday: We process orders from 09h00 – 15h00. If you order before 15h00, we will send your order out the same day.

Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment, order could take 3-4 working days for processing due to high demand in products, excluding delivery time. We also are moving in to peak season and couriers are also under pressure  to deliver in time.

Weekends and after hours: If your order is placed AFTER 14h00, or over the weekend, we will process and dispatch it on the next business day. That will be the Monday or the day after the public holiday.

Orders received after the courier collection on a Thursday will be dispatched on Friday and you can expect delivery the following Monday. The couriers do not collect or  deliver on weekends (or public holidays).

Packing

How discreet is your order being packed.

Parcels: Are plain cardboard boxes inside regular courier packaging. There isn’t anything on the box to indicate where the package is from. We know privacy is important to you, so we make sure.

Waybill:  Discreet. Anyone looking at it will not know where your parcel is from. We use an alias name as Sender so if anyone else signs for your parcel they won’t see where it’s from. 

Bank Account:  Will reflect a payment an account that doesn’t reference Erectmed, (example “The Store”) to keep your orders private and confidential. 

Bottom line:  Don’t worry about us delivering to your home or business. Nobody will know what’s inside!

Delivery

How will delivery your order.

The Courier Guy will deliver your parcel to your Door.

What Time do you receive your order.

The couriers deliver to your door between 8am – 5pm on business days. If you need your parcel delivered at a specific time, please send us a email or call us to make special arrangement regarding your time of delivery.

When Do I Get My Tracking Number?

Once your parcel is ready for dispatch, we will send you your tracking number (these emails are usually sent before 16H00 everyday). It can take a few hours for the courier to receive and load your parcel onto their system before you can track your goodies. We suggest giving it until about 18H00.

Where Is My Parcel?

If you did not receive a tracking number, Just don’t forget: if you placed your order over a weekend, or after 14H00, it will only be dispatched on the next business day. If it may happen that the item you ordered run out of stock we will notify you accordingly regarding your dispatch date of your order. 

If you have a tracking number, you can track it on the courier tracking site via the link in our email. If there’s a problem with your parcel. We promise we will find your parcel and notify you on the status of your parcel.
